The teacher plays a vital role to relate education to national developmentand social changes.It is the responsibilty of the teacher to guide and inspire his students. They should have genuine interest in their students.

In these days, teachers are facing challenges as their status are deterioting. They need to improve thir teaching capacity, upgradation of knowledge by various educational programmes.It is also very important for a teacher to make good relation with his students and always teach them about moral values as the destiny of a country is made in the classroom.Thus, he has to be a good man than a student.

At last, being a teacher I can say that the teacher is the backbone of the education system. He is a maker of mankind and architect of society.
