The CEO of the company, Ambarish Gupta, praised the workers for their dedication and hard work.  He  commended their role in  keeping the business machinery well oiled and running at all times and said that it was high time businesses recognized their hard work and commitment.

As a part  of its May Day celebrations, Knowlarity took various initiatives:-

• Provide free lunch to security, housekeeping and support on May Day

• Employees will work in shifts to serve food at the Cafeteria. Security, Housekeeping and support won’t have to pay for their lunches as Knowlarity will pick up the tab
• Security will get to rest for a day. Premise security will be handled by employees in shift rotation to decrease load on security for a day
• No efforts will be spared to make May Day a very special for workers

• Knowlarity feels that the workers movement is as important today as it was in the 17th century when it all started. Ignoring worker rights will only be counterproductive as it will only reinforce social injustice, perceived or otherwise, causing deep fissures in the society, which is the last thing we need as we head into a glorious Indian Summer.
• The initiatives taken by Knowlarity on May Day have the full endorsement of each and every employee of the company who are  enacting this reversal of roles with great gusto.
