Sub.    Non-observance and non-compliance of the provisions contained in Section-4 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Sir,

With due respect and in pursuance of discussion during course of hearing of the aforesaid matter I do hereby raising some points for kind consideration and actual implementation of Section-4 of the aforesaid Act mentioned in the Subject.

During course of the hearing of the case before Hon’ble State Chief Information Commissioner of State Information Commission, Patna it was observed by me as well as P.I.O. of the council that there is no compliance of the provisions contained in Section-4 of the R.T.I. Act in the Bihar State Bar Council though more than six years time has already been lapsed from the date of enactment of the aforesaid Act.

It is therefore, suggested and requested that be pleased to get the complied with the provisions mentioned in section-4 of the R.T.I. Act and accordingly the records of the office at Bihar State Bar Council, Patna be kept and maintained in accordance with law for which all of the lawyers including myself will be highly obliged for the observance of the law and establishment of Rule of law in Bar Council, failing which I will be no option but to take shelter of the courts of law to set the law in motion and also for actual implementation of the provisions referred above.

For this act of kindness I will be greatly beholden.
