subject- Regarding withdrawal of D.C.E. No.3/09.
sir,
in view of recent inquiry report and noting made by Sri Dharmnath
Prasad Yadav on 22/05/11 on the application of Secretary dated
21/05/11, it is established that the proceeding against me was
initiated to take revenge from me. there is prima-facie proof of scam
in Bar Council is established now which is evident from the aforesaid
report.
therefore, allegations leveled by me during course of the P.I.L. or
through representations have / had proved true and correct.
therefore, for the aforesaid reason the political proceeding initiated
against me vide order dated 15/01/09 be recalled in the interest of
justice as it was good example of unfairness and arbitrariness of the
then chairman of the special committee.
it is therefore, prayed to drop the same, forthwith for which i will
be highly obliged.
