Blunderous CVs head to dustbin, Blunderous People Head of the Compay.
Very Recently i came through a topic which is post in the silicon india news the topic of the article is "Blunderous CVs head to dustbin, knock out jobs", I was quite amazed about the information which they provide to evaluate a persons intelligence or technical skills or creativity in the way of RESUME WRITING or NO GRAMMAR MISTAKES. Are we living in England or any other country were English is the mother tongue?
I personally not at all satisfied to evaluate a persons intelligence through his or her presentation of Resume. Who is responsible for creating this statergy, bad resume means bad intelligience?
Companies dump the Blunderous CV's in the dustbin, but dump the people who are lacking in intelligent and creativity in the companies. Result dump the whole organisation in the dustbin.
It all depends on the designation and job profile, a software developer is more intelligent in technical skills but lacking much in English skills or mistakes in CV, could you avoid the man for the company? yes the big companies done the same mistake, that results the small and mid size companies came into competition on power with the Big Brothers in the same field.
The job profile more into writing or framing of mails or talking to the clients or customers directly then its logic to go for error less resumes or nil mistake while talking.Especially country like India English is a second language you cannot access the person's intelligence or creativity in the resume or writing skills.
I know some of the top level or middle level employees who are most worst in English but still rules the company and makes the company into profit.
The gimmicks of the Management Consultancy companies and none clarification in the Organizational Development techniques are the real reasons for create a situation of "Most Intelligent people but Less Speaking or Writing Skills are in the Streets of Job seekers"
