Learn the art of living for Spiritual Bliss
Spirituality is a vast concept, millions of people living in different parts of the world practice spirituality to experience tranquility which our soul always carves for. When we are young our soul is at peace because we don’t know anything about feelings of jealously, ego, greed and selfishness. But as we grow old we observe the people around us who tend to lie and deceive others in order to make more money in life. As a result we also develop such negative thoughts in our minds to compete with the cruel world. We end up becoming like others instead of trying to change them to follow good practices of honesty, truth and spirituality.
According to Spirituality, all beings in the world are a single unit and therefore we must target our actions towards achievement of a common goal. This goal is to discover our inner self which is possible through meditation. Meditation brings us closer to our soul which represents our true and unique identity. Meditation can be learnt by practicing various methods like breathing exercises, tia chi and alike. People whose concentration is weak and find it difficult to learn meditation through breathing exercises as they tend to give attention to thoughts arising in their mind rather than focusing on their breath.
