I’ve shared here some of my thoughts and few things I’ve come across, which had motivated and made me going.

How many of us really pray for others, than for our own or immediate family members?

Keep in your daily prayers, that everyone in this world should be happy, healthy, safe and find good opportunities. And also wish, you be given an opportunity to lead a meaningful life, in this lifetime opportunity given. Try this out on daily basis.. I’m sure the genuineness in you, will start growing.

Make a resolution this year to respect and help the unfortunate people. You will be blessed.

While you’re on road, traffic, mall, school, college, office or anywhere and you happen to meet any unfortunate people or anyone showing depressed or sad expressions, wish in your heart that everything should happen well for that person. At many instances, I’ve noticed people with unknown sadness.. wishing in their mind, “Can Happiness Smile at me?”. Many people’s wish might bring in a change to that person. Though it might sound very simple, try wishing this for 5 people every day… all your negative thoughts will die.

Find time for everything ! I really mean it. Work, hang out, spend time with family and kids, take a walk, go to restaurants, visit places, read books, hear to music, watch movies, browse internet, social media, family outing and the list goes on..  Ignore people, who don’t find time and criticize on all that you do!  Walk your path and do which interests you. Period.

Develop beautiful thoughts in your heart and mind. It will really make you a very happy person ! Write down your interesting thoughts in your diary, before you forget it. Develop it and try to implement it, if possible.

Amidst volatile market conditions, a piece of daily bread on recession news and expected less spend on any given industry, there will be always opportunities for the people who self-respect their jobs and do justice to their roles.

“There’s absolutely no substitute for hard work”.

“Continuous learning”, ‘Exploration” and “Upgrading the skills” are must in every job, if you’re aiming to make it big. There’s no end for learning. Always keep an eye, what’s happening in the industry, what’s new, what will be the future, what are the opportunities around and make yourself prepared for it.

“Be well informed in advance”, As you will agree, knowledge is the real wealth. Don’t be a Mainframer forever.. get into Cloud (my IT friends will understand this comment) !

Change of role forces you to think differently and keeps you motivated in job. Don't spend more than three years on the same role... a change of role is a must for every three years (especially in IT).

Reading habit always brings in lots of confidence and grows your wisdom. I had always suggested this to my team members, to read a book or Newspaper (Hard copy. Not through Internet. Mean it !) every day for 30 minutes, which had really boosted their confidence and improved their language as well. Give it a shot !

Sustainability of decisions and it's longevity are becoming a challenge in today's dynamic business and life environment. Next set of strategies have now become permanent agenda, both in corporate and personal lives. Accept and adapt it !

Our souls are often healed by being with children. Love them infinitely and learn from them (I seriously mean it !)

Finally would like to finish up with Mother Teresa’s Note: 

 “People could experience heaven on earth, by serving others”. Try to follow this and be humane.

Wish like Chitti- The Robot, we could upgrade ourselves on all that we need… but nothing great like human doing it.  “Upgrade your version”, for your betterment!
