The words above mean a lot in everyday day to day life. But today it carries more relevance than ever before.

India Today is a country poised. And realistically there are radical elements attempting to bring it down to its knees. Moreover the political establishment within the country is turning a nelsons eye to the current crisis.

We need to identify people we need with the above attributes.

Determination & Integrity - Can any Venture;, JV, & growth be possible without the sense of purpose.Bottomline we need people with steel ,men n women with a sense o purpose. Sometimes one man can make the difference. We must do away with the current glitches of I, me yours; and think it as ours. Nationalism & teamwork is the buzz word. It works everywhere and is proven time n time again. One person & his band of followers to unite n integrate the entire country against the fight with antisocial elements.

Accountability - A specialist is what is needed for every professional sphere of life. Today do we need a finance minister in charge of the security of the country? We need a specialist adept for the job like any professional organisation which hires people with requisite skill sets.

Professionalism - A job to be done is a job to be done and like any professional there is no falling down on the job. It requires a dedicated & rare person to keep up the good work.

Guts. The guardians of law and the establishment need to be proactive; aggressive a talk tough on anti terror measures. Zero tolerance is the need of the hour. We need a leader and a government backing the security, defence forces , & the police force to the hilt. Let us all do away with deadwood, corrupt, selfish, insensitive politicians. Laws need to be reformed to enable the same. Why should it take 10 years to prove a person guilty and another 5 to hang him? Learning from our mistakes and implementing reforms will send a strong message to the anti socials to aim to destabilise our motherland.
