In today's world of Sales nobody is interested in Grass root work or start from beginning and end up with a good position in Sales.
Most of them enters into Sales with a graduation /post in Engineering /Science without understanding the basic & fundamentals of Sales start working or governing people impractically.
This leads to complication for the organisation and people working .Most of them work in some organisation for a short term period and move to a higher position with some other company. This continues and which lead to failure in Sales & distribution /complications with the Channels.
If sales can be done in an organised manner then there will be no ambiguity/changeover/less beleif of Channels.Basically Good channels lead to success in Sales which ultimately gives a good yield or career build up for the concerned Sales person.
Nowadays nobody wants to spend most of the time in Markets /understand the basic needs of market , their main aim is to grow quick & Fast and reach to the peak immaterial of Company's /Organisation's goals /fate.
