Slow Disposal of cases in court
In our court we are faced with the slow progress of litigations and the cases by the people which is often called the Justice delayed, Justice denied. Efforts are constantly made from all possible sides for the expeditious disposal of cases but still it the results are yet to be delivered. People are getting delayed justice and sometime one has to wait generations for the decision in the Civil litigations wherein the largely complicated issues of adjudication is found to be involved. Peolple are loosing faith in this pillar of democracy and finding out some other way to settle the dispute and even reaching out to some other agencies for the recovery of dues and the claims. If this goes long and the tendency is not curbed by identifying the problem areas, a day is not too far when the credential of whole democratic institution shall be at stake.
