Motto of Meeting.
On last week, I went to attend a Training programme at Mumbai. This was conducted by our Firm. The Topic of Training was "Traine the Trainer". Where all our higher management team present. In which some were ladies belongs to HR and Admin. depart. I have observed that They were made herself as smart as they have. They continously trying to impress the Sr. Management level persons, who comes from Corporate office. They flying around them. Without reason they talk with them. They never left any chance for immpressed to them. I really surprised that during the dinner time; they were come into the hall by wearing party dress, Tight fitting and open. They drunk and speaking by shaking hands and smiling. Their target was only to Sr. Officials. As a result our all Sr. Managent persons also got attract to them and talk with them, some were standing at corner and some body into the park. Now they tried to come closer without any trouble. This was the main motto of our Ladies employee who trying to impress their boss at any cost, that I saw. After two days I got the news through Guest House waiter that Some ladies were going to their room at night. Really, this was socking news for our type of People. Here all ladies are married and belongs to good family. So why they do so. Only for getting high incriment or promotion or whats the reason???????????????
