Mukutmanipur Trip

If your stomach and mind is full you are glad!!
Yes that can be the conclusion after our trip to Mukutmanipur on 3rd
and 4th jan,

We started off early morning in a chilling morning of 3rd Jan on our
preappointed Tata Sumo.We too and there was 3 bachelor friends. We
packed enough snacks to sustain half the journey. It is supposed to be
a 100 kms journey. The road dwindles through small hamlets of West
Bengal. We stopped several times on the way to take a view of the
lovely landscapes. We all enjoyed every bit of it.Our mind and body was
relaxed and surcharged with immense energy.
Finaly, we reached our designated Public Health rest House. It was in
a picturesque locale.Overlooking the dam the guest house is awesome. We
all stand on the balcony and enoyed nature to the optimum. After a
shortwhile our amiable caretaker provided us omlette and tea.Next we
all went for a short drink of beer with fingerchips pakoda.Sona and
me only had it.
After a sumptuous lunch in the dining room we went out for
sightseeing. We took a cycle van and went on for a long ride. We had
wonderful view of the sprawling dam.The water is serene and
cool.FInaly we found some hillock and on top Pareshnath Mandir. We
returned when it was dark all around and only the reflections of the
roadside lights were visible on silver color water. We roamed for a
while in the Mukutmaniopur Mela.
We returned and consumed Blenders Pride till late evening.Again a
hefty dinner satisfied us.
Next day we started early and went for a boat ride to Deer Park and to
an untresspassed island. We returned to a rocky patch. It was like
mountaineerin for us,
We left the place at 1 PM and reached kol at 9 pm
