It is very common fact that any organisation must have some criteria for making a member of its organisational set-up . It must be not left open to  any one   to call themselves as "Member Anna Team " and start uttering as they wish  on any topic without  thinking as they wish  on any topic without  thinking its 

consequences  .

India has many national and international problems and also surrounded by couple of  foreign enemies .

In such situation it is the duty of every Indian to keep in his /her mind to avoid creating unpleasant situation .

It is true that every Indian enjoys freedom of speech but it does not means  showing irresponsibility , in the name of "Anna team ".
