Time management from different perspective -
We need to understand the time format, which consists of Physical and Psychological time. It is the psychological time that we can manage and that in turn manages our physical time. Physical time is perishable and cannot be stopped or regulated however we can set the pace of our body clock to match up the time we have in our every day life.
I beleive so because I have been doing this and the readers can also do so, and once this get into your system you will find yourself at ease.
Firstly start your day at little slower pace, get up in the morning little early than your usual time, stretch for a while and don't look for watch every now and then, freshen up and enjoy the first cup of tea or coffe without even uttering a single word. I want you to just be observer and don't speak anything, gradually build the tempo and start your daily activities do this for atleast a week tonote the difference you will find now you have some time. In order to appreciate after doing this routine for a week just to check start you day by rushing for things and observe for yourself how time flies. The motto of this discussion is if run after a thing that thing starts moving away from at a faster speed. You can check this even in your relationships, the more possessive you are with very little space in between the relationship gets over very fast, so is the reason we all talk about breathing space in any realtionship.
Secondly for most of the things which are being advised by others or as a matter of fact when someone tells to do something knowing the fact that the same will be good for us, we have an excuse that we don't have time for it .... am I right for example doctor advised you that you need to go for walk it is good for your health, and you have the same excuse, that you desperatly wanted but DONT have time for it. My suggesstion you need to enjoy the thing before the same can be set as a part of your life.
How I got myself addicted to walking
I am very fond of music and specially with my ipod, so I knew that i need to go for a walk, but i too have the same reason, so what i did was I promised that whatever latest music I am going to download specially the international charts I will only listen when I am walking, beleive me it worked and now for 6 years i am serious brisk walker and I really enjoy the same
Try doing it for yourself and note the differenece I am of the opinion that one must ease down the pace of life by preemtively managing the time we hve with us
