Empowering eligible personnel in an organization enables a structural growth as well as efficient management

Empowerment Signifies

It is understood that empowerment has a broader meaning and significance

The preliminary phase is the personal and spiritual; then the intermediate phase is the professional phase

Subsequently

It subsequently extends to social empowerment followed by economic empowerment and political, national and international empowerment, all intended to be envisioned and instituted with a meaningful intent

Realization

Empowering an individual makes the concerned feel more aware of their respective proficiencies that might be latent / dormant thereby enabling a resourceful utilization of one’s capabilities efficiently and effectively with meaningful reason of course

Youth

Enabling empowerment of the youth meaningfully leads to them taking on certain responsibilities and recognizing the immense value of meaningful power and when they channel this amongst themselves, this further leads to a creative stimulation of ideas/concepts, thereby enabling a resourceful and meaningful allocation and utilization of resources

I have deliberately refrained from venturing into discussing the contradictory aspects of power / empowering.

Reason

The reason for this is since it is widely known that power when wrongfully apportioned – vested upon certain individuals can create significant repercussive ramifications

Ignorance

This is not a deliberate action of ignorance of feigning pretense but since it has been repeatedly noticed that the more a certain aspect is wrestled with – without meaningfulness and a strategic intent, the more it augments and increments its ferocity with and intensified velocity

Regulate

To regulate such critical aspects and to abate the acceleration to a gradual trickle and then winning over the hearts and souls of the opposing forces is a more long term meaningful approach

By

By resorting to a violent approach; this leads to bitterness and fuels hatred which becomes a literal vortex

Hence

Hence, where meaningful possibilities prevail, every reasonable and meaningful step needs to be earnestly taken to wisely / meaningfully implement the concerned set of pro active and compassionate actions of non violence and seek to understand the core competencies of each and every aspect prior to reaching strategic decisions that could have an significant onto the precious life of millions of people

This also shows another aspect which is the usurping of power by certain individuals to proclaim their specific agendas thereby jeopardizing the life of millions of people in the bargain is an extremely critical and sensitive factor

Either way, when power relates to indiscriminate or meaningless approach, it propels forth more of unfair practices/actions incessantly

Evidenced

Time is testament to the fact that when power is mis utilized anywhere it tends to create greater obstacles, hurdles and challenges for the concerned who permits mis utilization

It becomes a life challenging situation and very complex

Hence, the previous set of comments articulated hold more meaningfulness since by the personal, professional, social, economic, political, national and international empowerment that is regulated meaningfully; this creates greater growth structure and a strong foundation for a long term basis of meaningful value and on the basis of a vision that encompasses global welfare and development consistently.
