As per my participation in Startup city event, I have learnt more marketing concept like how to promote the brand & try to satisfy the customer needs as Business also try to communicate the relevant features of their products through advertising and other marketing promotion.

Siliconindia had organized an event named as Real Estate, it was held on 25^th June, 2011.  It was my second event participation. In this event first time I have visited as a customer and I came to know their marketing strategies, how to persuade the customer for their property and the way they were interacting with their customer and convincing them in buying their property.

As a customer, I was looking for 2BH apartment in Marathalli location. I have visited more than 5 stalls and interacted with all property dealers, so that I can find best one as per my requirements. It was my first interaction with property dealers. Here I learnt how to choose a house as per my requirements. As a customer, it was really a nice experience; I learnt what measures to be taken in finding a property. Property dealers who were providing the information about their properties were awesome.

I am really grateful to SiliconIndia for providing this good opportunity to meet various prominent property dealers in Bangalore. As a new comer to Bangalore it was tough job for me to find best place for living. By the help of SiliconIndia, I was able to compare various property locations which have been offered by the dealers on the basis of price, amenities extra.
