Few Basic Things To Avoid Short Temper!

Good Morning!

One beautiful we were on discussion table at canteen and one of my colleagues suddenly asked me about my nature …. Cool…Short tempered …sort of you know. At that moment I replied, I am short tempered person but now I am fully having control on my anger. But then I started thinking about this and I find something very important to share with you all

By nature everybody is short tempered…even newly born baby is like that, because something goes wrong against your will you will start behaving like that …that’s the nature, but as soon as you realizes the difference between good and bad you start putting your efforts for good. And anger is bad..So you start avoiding it.

Here are few thoughts which may help you is this activity. Human “Swastha” is divided into three basic”Swastha”
1. Adhyatmik Swastha
2. Manasik Swastha
3. Shararik Swastha
“Adhyatmik Swastha” Is more important, in brief let’s take an example…whenever you seek “Aashirvaad” from your elders you touch to their legs that means you put your “AAkash Tatva” (Your Head) to Their “Prithavi Tatva” (Their Legs) and when you again raise your “AAkash Tatva” to restore your position lots of fresh air goes into your lungs which create “Chaitanya” into you.

Let’s talk about “Manasik Swastha”, I daily perform “Pooja” and “Chanting” which create positive energy into me. And this positive energy always keeps me in good mood to tackle day to day problems.

And when you are in good mood and feeling very confident to tackle all sorts of problem your “Shararik Swastha” automatically remains good.

I feel all depends upon these three “Swastha”.

So give seek “Aashirvaad” from your elders, give respect to your juniors, friends or to those associated with you, daily perform some religious activity to feel positive and seek positive energy from god and help everyone.

Say “Thanks to god in advance for making your day good”. I am confident you will avoid anger.

Thanks
