BENGALURU – surely not a healthy place to be in
Bengaluru was once famous for its greenery and hence was called as the “garden city”. Now the city has moved from green city to the concrete city. It is now better known as the “silicon city”. Most of the newcomers love the climate of the city. But they do not know the hidden hazard behind the good temperature
The air which we take-in is so hazardous that the children are suffering from bronchopneumonia and other lung diseases even at the age of 5 or even less than that.
Sudden changes in the temperature is also helpful for the virus. There is no season in the city. You will find all types of season in one day in the city. Sometimes rainy, all of a sudden you see the sun shining, sudden dusty wind and so on. Influenza cases increases in the rainy season. There is a belief that one virus do not let the other viral disease to grow. It is false in the city. There are all sorts of major diseases in the city, that is, Dengue, Swine flu and chikungunya cases.
The city’s air is so polluted that the two wheeler drivers should protect their skin and eyes and then enter to the road. If you drive a two wheeler without protecting your eyes, you are sure to feel redness and watering of the eyes. And if you don’t protect your skin while driving, you can find that your skin is tanned.
People should stop polluting the environment. I hope to see a better Bengaluru in the future.
