Missing my foreign maa n her delicious food......

now that I have successfully made you to click on the blog and read this, let me tell you what made write this......Today I am missing a particular food (the green spinach salad and the steamed samosas......)

It a old story, actually its sme 9months, there was this nice couple who wanted to rent their house and by gods grace they were OK to give it to bachelors. Taking this chance we did not gave a second thought and jumped into the house and found it to be really superb and much more worth than the rent amount we mutually agreed upon.

Then came the big issue of communicating, Language is the most important tool for mankind(if you can really use it for kind purposes) and helps a lot but then there are some advantages when you dont know the other persons language. You may end up eating yummy food prepared by them, believe me as this happened to me.

Me n my frnd were all new to the place and could hardly communicate in their language. During one of our interactions with their children we used the word "Ma Ma" and they took it as we are also addressing their mom as ours. This is where I got my Foreign MAA.......

So whats next the generous lady also showered all her kindness on us, Even today I really miss those days when we used to sit and eat all good food, drink lots of coffee, Pepsi etc and also we smoked a lot....sme times 6-8 cigarettes continuously. Isn't it strange to sit and eat a lot without doing anythng........The conversations were also quite interesting where we discussed soccer, dance music, culture and what not everything under the sky that too in the languages which we dont understand mutually.........believe me body language really helps and especially if you are Dumb-charades champ then you dont find even a pin-points pain. This was the time when I for the first time in my life had cut wood logs n it was quite interesting job........

At last after some time we had vacate the place and on the D-day we had the last breakfast with them to cherish those sweet moments of peak winter, actually I got a nice gift for my desi ma which I did not accept. So sweet of my foreign ma naaaaa........

Now, I am really feeling very hungry having written so much about food n also I have to catch my last bus to room........will try to continue post feeding my tummy :)
