Creative Behavior

 History repeats itself is a cliché and we believe in it for sure. However the truth is that the past never comes in the same form or the same attributes of the past are never passed to the next phase of time. One era comes with certain features, certain primaries, and certain ideas and that dominate the era till the end. Probably remains of the past can be seen however that is just the matter of the transition. Once the time transcends fully from the one phase to another phase things gone obsolete never becomes prominent or part of the mainstream again. However today we are living in altogether a different world where change is so fast at the surface that nothing seems permanent. In the time of such commotion and vehemence we need to understand certain basics to make our lives better than ever before.

In order to understand the need of our time we need to reach certain conclusion to live our lives better than ever before. For living a better life and survival we need to understand the importance of Creativity as a necessity and skills to cope up with the ever increasing demand and volatile nature of our time. As we all know that today countless numbers of people have gone unemployed and would be unemployed due to the lower order task being exhausted by the machine what we call automation.

Therefore our manpower needs to be best fitted for the ability of thinking, decision making, having new ideas and in general functioning at the higher side of intellectual side than ever before. Therefore we are supposed to motivate people for identifying creative behavior and inculcating the same. Nevertheless, in India this aspect is highly neglected and glossed over especially in Academia. The least amount of importance is given on this aspect in academia and therefore it threaten us for letting our brains to be futile and unable to cope with the world yet unknown and unpredictable.
