If we want a strong leader to lead us,we need to answer this question to ourself by reviewing our present leader and others who are competing for becoming our leader.One very important point that we should take care that reasoning should not be emotional or biased but factual.If each one of us do this , we all will be able to reach near about correct decision according to our reasoning capability.

When constitution of india was written,it was thought five years are enough for elected leaders to do substantial work for people of India,on the basis of which they can be judged for next five years.

Now how an individual can do this reasoning.We all atleast know two leader ,one our constituency leader and other the country leader ,our prime minister.If we don't know any one of them then we shouldn't worry about General Election I guess.

Next task for each responsible citizen is now to know who are the potential alternatives for these two leaders.After that one should know what should be the basis of comparision.

Following are the basis of comparision:-

• Leadership Quality:If the contestant doesn't have this ,reject him/her without giving second thought.This is the essential eligibilty for becoming leader.
• Indian:Indian doesn't mean who has born in India or one who has citizenship of India.But who is Indian from heart,"one who feels proud to be an Indian".Don't get confused with religious fundamentalist or one who thinks their state is greater than India.They seems to be true Indian but actually they are not.Remember,if India is suffering, a individual state/constituency can't prosper.
• Grey Matter:Remember Grey hair doesn't mean Grey matter.
• Dynamic:Dynamism doesn't mean youth from age.But youth from attitude.
• One who speaks to implement:Just don't get carried away from what slogan one tells.But concentrate on the fact that whether individual can implement what he is speaking.It easy to review the present leader,but to review potential leader we have to know what he/she has done in the past ,when they were leader.If she/he has never leaded before then social work done by them can be taken into account.
• Transparency:A good and honest leader always keep their personal life transparent to public.So,if someone is hiding something,there is something wrong.

We have still 3-4 months for Genearl Election , so responsible citizens of India pull up your socks.Let 's complete this review and give our India the best possible Leader.
