Iam a engineering professional living in Mumbai for nearly 40 years.

Thus blog is particularly on my views in life and for a typical middle class person.

I was born in the golden era of 1970s i.e 1972 ,Golden era as it was the best years I do feel compared to the life we live today.

Spent my school and college days never feeling the tension of future ,career . The motto was to study well ,get good grades ,play well,enjoy your life. Never felt the need of networking or trying to impress people ,developing friends as I was quite happy with my small life .Ambitions were ther and also hope and desire to grow up. Obstacles were ther but i never got bogged down .

Years went on , My father died at a young age and he was the backbone or the pillar of our life .Then saw the crude way of people ,friends and relatives . Job ,career and money became important ,the fun part of life went off and it was struggle.

Struggle for travel to reach office on time ,complete my work ,deal with colleagues ,bosses and the strange ways ,the politics involved in each offices.

During my career of 17 years , I have changed 5-6 companies but found that in India the amount of time people play in politics i.e the management method they say in modern world is 90% and the time alloted for fruitful work will be 10%.

It was and is still my desire that we spend less time on unwanted /unproductive ways and focus on work ,openness in relations ,be more friendly . Iam confident that this world will be much better place to live .

We are trying our best but I see that the future doesnt hold good as more and more time is spent on survival ,the uncertainties of future ,the turmoil relationships ,the unstable government , the complexities of the society ,the showmanship .

The example is the daily newspaper news that mentions daily a suicide ,a rape ,violence and all the news that pains us .

Its ages that I have read some positive news .

We have forgotten the basic belief that we are only in this earth for a short time and that we have to leave everything and go .

Friends ,Lets start a new revolution ,bring more positivities in our life ,tackle corruption,help people ,make world a better place to live in.

Many of my friends may suggest that this is easier to say and difficult to do and even though i agree partly but till you dont have a urge or desire ,you may not take the first step and nothing will change.
