Set Sail Against Economic Backwater with the Help of Truth
This is the real tough time for the enterprises to swim against the stream of economic backflow. The recession today, is throwing a challenge to every business organization. Some months ago the businesses were flourishing like anything across the world. But today, we witness the big organizations collapsing like the castles of playing cards. Where the wealth is? Why is the stock index forced towards the bottom? One’s loss is affecting many others who are directly or indirectly related to that particular sector.
In fact, at the time of recession, there happens a correction of the figures. For every 100 years, markets face such correction in the form of recession, which makes the enterprises find new solutions. As a result, many alternative solutions were found. But, if we look back once, for the last 100 years markets have faced such recessions approximately for twenty times. But they were all not as huge as the present slowdown.
There is an old saying in Telugu, we frequentlyhear, “Growing is for falling down”. One of the examples is the stock market. In the year 2007, it was expected to becrossing the 23000 mark, which was running forward like a race horse but, meanwhile, we all witnessed the great collapse of the stock market which led the index to the bottom levels like 7000. Of course, the day, when I am writingthis blog, stock market rose to more than 12000 points again.
I don’t want my focus limit just only to the stockmarket but exemplifying this fact I want to reveal some truths which have been echoing in India for the eras. Like stock market, our life also endowed with many vicissitudes. In fact, India is such a country where the Gnana (wisdom) is radiated. This blessed soil always tells a truth that the every human being searches only for happiness (Ananda) throughout life. In search of the happiness he is running after materials forgetting the very fundamental principles of happiness. We gave excessive importance to money and materials. This is one of the biggest mistakes most of the human beings always do. If happiness lies in thematerialistic thoughts, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Swami Vivekananda and all the other universal masters might have preached this to everyone.
Happiness is the one which can never be purchased in the markets. And, in my view, money is one thing which only can solve our physical or materialistic needs but it must never be the cause of Bliss. Limiting the role of money to solving the physical needs is always fine but some people show off it ostentatiously. Such tinsel life forms the inequality in the society. Having money is, of course, necessary but showing the money is really a dangerous thing. This is where we get tempted by others. This is the starting point of the race from where we start running after making money and more money.
Human mind always searches for happiness. Some search it being bombastic and likewise others search somewhere. But how great the God is! He kept the happiness only in non- commercial things. Digging the ground where the spring lies, surely gets us water but digging in a desert will never be afruitful thing. Being level headed and living close to the nature we can lead ahappy life which means a blissful life. No doubt, health is the real wealth of human beings. Healthy and happy man is, in fact, the blessed man than any rich person in the world.
What I finally want to say by this article is, please don’t give much importance to money and its related matters rather than your own peace. Living a simple life which is unaffected by others and doing savings are the fundamentals which always keep us grow in terms of wealth. No economical comparisons with others please.
Kindly, excuse me if I am too aggressive in my thoughts or words. This is, not at all my saying but the sayings of universal masters. I just took the opportunity to remind them once again.
