Sometimes provocation does the job of an energy drink that wakes you up and puts you in a mood to get the work done. Other interests take a back seat or do not come up for consideration. A singular purpose drives you and remains with you till it is time to switch it off.

I am happy that a task has been set for me ; that a time line has been charted out and that I need to adhere to it. I think I function better when this is done for me, rather than setting the time lines myself. Following comes easier to me than leading. That boy scoutish attitude of following the leader has still not left me from the days in school. And thank God for that. I wonder how I would have managed without it.

Being the man in the house then at times becomes a heavy task, for, all the decisions need to be taken by the head. And if the head is an indecisive Libran, we could all be sitting up rather late !

The problem with most Librans is that we tend to look at an issue first, from the other persons point of view and, our sense of justice and balance is so immensely great that until both levels are adjusted fairly, we are unable to reach any where.

If I have inadvertently been unable to reach out, it is probably because of this inherent trait in me. I hope that this never ever comes in the way between us at FmXt. That would be so disastrous !

As the KBC recordings continue there is developing a deep regard and respect for those that do not come from urban and affluent India. What they lack in commerce, they more than make up for it in character and temperament. I notice day after day, as we go through the contestants eager to come on the hot seat, that apart from the desire to be in position to make a lot of money, their main desire is to be in the surroundings of the show. Yes they have plans to win. But if they do not, there is no remorse. In fact there is a great deal of contentment. Either that, or they are so accustomed to disappointment, that a failure in a game Tv show would hardly feature in their senses. They are resigned to the fact that this is a godsend for them to be in a position of wealth, but equally I find them completely oblivious to the actual value of their earnings on KBC. Fate plays a hard role for them, and their belief in it is so strong, that any challenge to it would be severely dealt with.

What a wonderful way to live life !!
