There is a certain joy in giving. Giving to those that have remained sincere and faithful. That have shown strength of belief. At the AGM this morning for AB Corp, that is what I encountered with my share holders. Through thick and thin, mostly thin, they have remained with me and with support and compassion for my conditions for years. So when I declare a dividend for them there is a certain joy in giving. I am happy to have announced a 20% dividend. We are a small company, with small profits, but profits all the same and to share that with them is such satisfaction. Thank you shareholders for being with me and for giving me all your good wishes and support !

Yaaaaaaaa !!! Haaaaa !!! Brazil just scored against Chile !!! What a header into goal !!

Brazil 2 Chile 0 … what a game !! Apologies just cannot contain my exuberance !!

Soooo … half time now and time to get back to you with greater concentration.

Tomorrow morning its off to Ooty for the Mohan Lal film. Mohan Lal has been and still is one our most incredible talents, from Kerala and the Malayalam film industry. I have admired him and his work through many years of my existence in this profession. He has a unique body and face language. You get the feeling that he is doing nothing, yet it results in the most amazing results - natural, without effort and effective. Just such a joy to watch him.

If you remember I had been to the function in Kerala in celebration of Resul Pookuty, the Oscar winner from ‘Slumdog’. It was there that Mohan Lal a guest at the occasion had come up to my room with his director Major Ravi to put up this idea and this proposal. My admiration for Mohan Lal could never have made me refuse this offer and so I do it for him. A few weeks later they all came to meet up with me in Mumbai to set up all the details for the shoot and after that was over put up the inevitable question that most producers do of remuneration ! I had laughed at them. What ? Charge you for working for 3 days in a Mohan Lal film ? An actor I admire ?? You must be joking !! No way, no fees, no nothing. Just tell me when I have to report and where. That is all.

The film will be in … hhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyeeeeeeeyoooooooooooo ..ANOTHER GOAL BY BRAZIL…..AND ANOTHER DISPLAY OF POETRY AND MAGIC… SIMPLY OUTSTANDING….!!!

Ya so where was I … yes the language. The language will be Malayalam, but my character is North Indian so I shall be speaking in Hindi, with the odd sentence in Malayalam. Now that shall be tough, but effort shall be made, lets see what happens. Kerala as you all know is the most literate state in the country and this morning I read that it is the state with the highest GDP in the country. That is amazing !! Kerala - God’s own country.

Shanuk, spread across the carpet at our feet, responsible, firm and aware of any intrusion within this region. Perking up alert, every time there is a scream of joy at the scoring of a  goal, and then settling down to his snoring with a condescending expression.

The game still on … in its last throes ! Few minutes left. Chile still with endeavor and effort. But.. it does not look good for them. Loss here would mean back home for them. It is the knockout stage of the tournament.

And it is time for a knockout for me as well. Close to 2 AM now. Have to be up early for the flight.
