To those that have wished a happy birthday to Aishwarya, may I on her behalf thank you for your kindness and love. Sometimes individual acknowledgement is not possible and I therefore take the liberty of writing here for those that took the trouble of calling in.

The dubbing goes well for PAA. My earlier apprehensions are gradually being washed away and we have now picked up some speed. The problems an artist shall face when involved in a film like this is the sense of continuity when dubbing for it months after the work is over and particularly so in this one, months after the make up prosthetics have been gotten rid of. The prosthetics assist in measuring up the character and to a large extent help in bringing out the performance that is expected or required for the film. This is all very well when the shooting is on live. There is the ambiance of the location, the co artists, the mood for the moment and a camera and crew recording each nuance. Now, almost 4 months gone by, to be sanitized in a sound recording studio, with just a microphone above and the soundtrack of the audio in your ear through ear phones, it is a daunting task to recreate all that we did, with the same performance and color that is being shown on screen. More so in a film such as PAA, where we do know the changed and different circumstances that the character undergoes. It is tough to match word for word, breath to breath and still be getting a repeat of the performance in its original form. But that’s the name of the game. We have been doing it for the last 40 years and shall have to contend with it again and again.

I wish to extend my gratitude to those that come on here to this extended family and say that this film shall be a disaster too and thank them for their words of encouragement. We will not be dissuaded by the immense pessimism of this glib utterance, but shall in time work to improve ourselves, to perhaps put in more than what we had done before and in the end to come out with a greater amount of positivity than what may be being suggested by said commentator.

The land accusation in UP, that got bandied about as prominent headlines a few days back, has been subjected to greater scrutiny and their findings are in the media for all to see. There is the other matter of the 500 cr fraud as well and some very interesting tales appear to be forming, much like the Genie in his smoke infested avatar. The saner elements of society shall be finding it horrifying to note how the games and manipulations occur, when vendetta and power become obsessive and convenient tools to destroy credibility, to hang individuals without a noose, to crucify them on imaginary crosses.

It now appears that the police inspector of Babupurwa who registered the FIR against Amar Singh and others in the company matters case, has been issued a non bailable arrest warrant for crimes he had committed earlier. It is believed through sources that the police inspector was a criminal offender and had been positioned for this job an hour before, because the previous police inspector refused to register the FIR, simply because there was no basis for the case at all. Those details shall appear soon, but in the meantime here are some of the reportages -

But by tomorrow I should be in a position to put up the news information on the ‘clearance’ in the Mumbai press and the insignificant manner in which it occupied an almost non discript little corner, almost un noticed. So my arguments on positioning in the press are indeed valid - an alleged crime or accusation will be given a bold front page headline, its clearance of the innocence and wrongful act perpetrated shall occupy an invisible corner without notice.

There are discussions on now on how to celebrate 101 years of my Father’s birth Anniversary. ‘ Madhushala’ in its modern format shall be released, a journey of my Father’s creative works shall be conducted through the recitation of his various works during the time of those years, a dance recital on one of his works, a reading by his elder son and the release of some of his all pervasive and most important works as a collection put together by Pushpa Bharati, wife of that prominent writer the late Dharam Vir Bharati.

There is travel too coming along. To London, to initiate as a member of the committee that shall work towards a foundation that shall help in the cases of head injuries in the country - a country that apparently has the maximum number of head injuries in the world. It is being launched by the Maharaja of Jodhpur, who’s own son suffered a tragic accident while playing polo and has miraculously survived and repairs well through months of treatment.

In the middle of all this there shall be Tv and Bigg Boss, endorsements and their requirements, promotions for the new releases to come about and of course the blog.

The blog - media’s new obsession, has been consistent and of love and happiness. Attempts are being made constantly on how this medium of this particular interest should be destroyed and wrapped up. But my faith and confidence in our FmXt is enough to guarantee that my extended family shall read through this game being manufactured and battle it with equal if not greater result.

When you fight for survival - you fight the strongest. It is the strength of conviction that shall destroy any adverse percolation.
